As part of our award-winning Fan Fairness Coalition campaign, we helped create and launch a coalition of music fans asking Congress for an investigation into Ticketmaster’s unfair ticketing practices. The campaign garnered over 1.5 million views on social media and resulted in over 75,000 letters sent to Senators in just six weeks. Ultimately, the campaign helped bring awareness to the ticketing monopoly, and in May 2024, the Justice Department opened an antitrust investigation into Live Nation and Ticketmaster starting the process to make live event tickets more affordable and available to music fans.
