Amber Shephard

Amber Shephard is an associate on the digital team where she uses innovative and culturally responsive strategic development to support a wide range of clients—including the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Leadership Conference for Civil and Human Rights, and Biden for President. 

Prior to joining Precision, Amber worked to close literacy gaps for low income and at risk students across Baltimore City before transitioning to work for a small boutique literary agency in New York City. Prior to this she interned at Penguin Random House and served two years with Americorps. 

Amber holds a B.A. from Morgan State University in English Literature and Women and Gender Studies. She is a proud fifth generation Detroiter.
