Carolyn Freeman is a paid media and public policy expert with nearly a decade of experience accomplishing strategic objectives for political candidates, media companies, and non-profits, on both in-house and agency teams.
At Precision, she is focused on translating client goals into audience-centric advertising campaigns that are integrated with digital and comms tactics for clients in the corporate, advocacy, and political spaces. Recent work includes reaching lawmakers and local advocates for healthcare clients, global political organizations, and the Partnership for New York City.
Prior to working at Precision, she managed the advertising programs at Puck, a digital media startup, and Stand Up America, an advocacy group dedicated to democracy reform and voting rights. She was also the digital advertising manager for Senator Cory Booker’s 2020 presidential campaign. Carolyn has worked at Bully Pulpit International and Outcast, across advocacy, political, and tech clients. She has a Master of Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Boston College, where she was the editor-in-chief of the student newspaper.
