Kristin Avery is a campaign strategist and organizer who builds and executes strategic programs that persuade and mobilize audiences.
At Precision she co-leads the campaign management and mobilization practice where she serves as a senior vice president. Kristin advises political campaigns, advocacy organizations, and companies on how to build programs that mobilize individuals to take action. Her clients have included Harris for President, Blue Leadership Collaborative, and NextEra Energy.
Before joining Precision, Kristin worked in the Biden-Harris Administration as the White House Liaison for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. She served in several senior-level positions at the Democratic National Committee, including national coordinated director in the 2020 cycle and western regional director in 2018 where she supported candidates up and down the ballot. Kristin has worked with prominent progressive organizations including the Center for American Progress and Planned Parenthood, building national grassroots campaigns. She also served in President Obama’s White House and on his Presidential campaign.
Kristin is from Tacoma, WA and received her B.A. from Willamette University.
