MacKenzie Lyons

Mackenzie Lyons is a senior associate on the data and analytics team at Precision, where she helps develop data-driven insights to guide strategic recommendations for a wide variety of clients.

At Precision, Mackenzie has worked on social media audits, media landscape analyses, social listening programs, competitive advertising tracking, and a variety of other measurement programs for the Gates Foundation and other clients such as American Academy of Pediatrics, ProgressNow, and the ACLU.

Prior to joining Precision full-time, Mackenzie was an intern on the data and analytics team at Precision. Previously, Mackenzie served as a legislative intern in Senator Tammy Duckworth’s (D-IL) office and a policy research intern for Governor JB Pritzker’s gubernatorial campaign in 2022. She also interned for the Northern District of Illinois Bankruptcy Court and a litigation firm in Chicago.

Mackenzie graduated with a degree in international affairs and psychology from George Washington University. While at GWU, she co-founded and led an undergraduate publication that published articles on various political issues. She was born in Chicago and currently lives in New York.
