Mariana Seidman

Mariana Seidman is an associate on the Human Resources team at Precision. She brings five years of experience across a variety of HR functions, including payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, and compliance.

At Precision, Mariana supports the HR team by managing payroll and benefits
processes, onboarding, assisting with performance management initiatives, recruitment, and internship program. Before joining Precision, Mariana worked as an HR Specialist at a tech company in São Paulo, Brazil, where she gained experience in talent management and employee relations. She later joined an accounting and consulting firm in Washington, DC, as an HR Generalist, where she specialized in payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.

Mariana holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas in Brazil and a Certificate in Psychology and Personality from Harvard Extension School. Originally from São Paulo, she now lives in Maryland with her husband and enjoys bringing a creative, people-centered perspective to her work.
