Roselyn Igbani is a seasoned art director and design leader with nearly two decades of expertise in design, branding, and advertising, with a specialization in public affairs. Her visionary approach has driven client engagement campaigns for Fortune 100 companies, leading trade associations, and coalitions aiming to educate audiences, build support, and inspire action.

As an integral leader at Precision, Roselyn plays a pivotal role in high-profile projects, including the development of an interactive report for FWD.us to raise awareness about Oklahoma’s criminal justice reform and leading the branding refresh of Precision’s website. Her design expertise has also elevated the work of renowned brands such as Gilead, Feeding America, Visa, and America250.

Before joining Precision, Roselyn served as a senior art director at DDC Public Affairs, where she was instrumental in launching the company’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives, including the CLIMB program. Her career also includes key roles at boutique agencies like SevenTwenty Strategies, The Toro Group, and Bergman Group. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications with a concentration in art direction and creative advertising from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Roselyn enjoys quality time with her young niece and nephew, exploring nature trails in Great Falls and Shenandoah Valley, and experimenting with recipes from YouTube cooking channels. A lover of vineyards and DIY home décor projects, she brings creativity and curiosity to every aspect of her life.
