Sana Mamtaney

Sana Mamtaney is an associate on the communications team at Precision. She has helped a range of nonprofits and corporations– particularly in technology, civic engagement, and retail areas – tell their stories and prepare for crises.

At Precision, Sana has worked with clients like DoorDash and Galvanize Action to create robust communications plans to successfully reach key audiences in a highly fragmented and challenging media landscape. 

Prior to joining Precision, Sana interned at Comcast, where she conducted research, media monitoring, and helped plan major corporate events in the D.C area. She also served as an intern at the Equal Rights Amendment Coalition, building a candidate designation program. She’s also spent time as an intern on Capitol Hill and with Andy Kim for Congress. 

Sana graduated with dual degrees in Journalism and Political Science from American University. While at AU, she served as the Editor in Chief for the university’s chapter of Her Campus, a women’s focused magazine. She is a proud Jersey girl, but has been happy to call D.C. home for the past few years!
